World Autism Awareness Day

Do you know someone with autism?  Have a friend or family member with a child who has autism?

On Tuesday, 2nd April communities around the world are celebrating World Autism Awareness Day – acknowledging the achievements of people with autism, recognising their experiences and that of their families and caregivers, and helping the general community understand what it means to live with autism.

Members of the community are asked to show their support by wearing a blue ribbon on the day, available from the Autism Spectrum Australia.
