Scott Doc

Scott is very proud and honoured to be the longest serving presenter at 2SSR.

Having been involved in numerous test transmissions before the station was awarded its licence, he went to air on the very first day of 2SSR broadcasting and has been on air ever since.

In addition to presenting Scott has been heavily involved in numerous aspects of the stations operations including the stations Pronotions officer , running outside broadcasts and public events . Training officer running training for new presenters and Station Manager covering programming and all aspects of the stations on air operations, just to mention a few.

Scott loves all genres of music and brings his diverse taste to the shire every time he goes on air. He attends numerous live music events , from stadium gigs from some of the biggest artists around to smaller gigs for up and coming artists from both here and abroad. This allows him to bring unique insights into the artists he presents on air. He takes in performances from rock to indie , dance and house, pop and R and B , to hip hop and acoustic and just about everything else in between
