Ann Worsley Waenga

I come from Te Hapua which is the furtherest Maori settlement at the tip of the North Island.
Te Reo Maori was my first language.

After many years away of that environment (Moving to the City) I starting losing my Tikanga and Reo.

After moving to Australia I started to involve myself more with the Ratana faith.

I joined a Kapahaka group and while learning I discovered a talent of talking and love for singing (Eventhough I can’t sing).

I Met a lady almost 20 years ago who was doing a Maori Program for 2SSR. I Joined her program and never looked back.

I’ve been broadcasting for the past 18 years.

I enjoy Broadcasting live and showcasing new kiwi music.

Talking and connecting with People.
