Scotty’s radio journey with 2SSR 99.7FM began in 1994, when he first took to the airwaves with a passion for great music and community radio.

After nearly a decade on air, Scott stepped away from the station in 2003, before returning to the 2SSR family in 2008. Following a short break, he was invited back once again in 2010 and has remained a valued part of the station ever since.

With more than three decades of involvement in community broadcasting, Scotty continues to share his love of music and radio with listeners each week. His dedication, experience and passion for entertaining audiences have made him a familiar and trusted voice on 2SSR.

Today, Scotty continues to host The Open House Mix, bringing listeners a carefully curated blend of favourite songs from across the decades and proving that great radio never goes out of style.
