2ssr officially unveiled the renovated studio’s and office and launched the upgraded 2ssr website at an official ceremony at Gymea on Wednesday the 29th of August 2012. Dignitatires and 2SSR volunteers met to celebrate the occasion, guests included representatives from The Leader, The Sutherland Shire Police Force, local politicians, Caringbah Rotary members, 2SSR patrons and associates of Gymea TAFE.

Mayor Carol Provan praised the dedication and hard-work of volunteers at 2SSR as she officially declaired the new studio open.
