The Cronulla Central Gallery is located in the Cronulla Central building just near Cronulla Library. Entry to the gallery is free.
Members of Calligraphy Southscribes have pooled their talents in a collaborative venture resulting in a wonderful exhibition of the art of Calligraphy, – The Suburbs of the Sutherland Shire their history and stories. Members of all levels of experience have chosen a suburb to write about. Sutherland Shire has 40 suburbs and each individual suburb has been brought together into one great exhibition. You can buy a print or a book or even the original piece of art.
This group has been teaching calligraphy in Sutherland Shire for 30+ years. The tutors have an amazing amount of knowledge and enjoy sharing their craft. The group runs classes at Sylvania with local and visiting tutors. Some are one day workshops and others 6-7 weeks of evening classes.
